Europe City locates in the center of Tongzilin area which is a wealthy residential neighborhood to the south of Chengdu. Good security, nice service from management with very low charge. Here has a lot of nice western bars and restaurants, that is why here attract many foreigners to live. Just so you might be able to meet more foreign friends. Tongzilin flats are generally easily rent out. But as Tongzilin is quite an old area of Chengdu, new property launches are limited. This compound has many green trees inside the community and is very quiet because of not near any main road. But Europe City has about 10 years history and apartments look rather old.
Comparing with many other messy apartments in Tongzilin, this apartment is not bad at all. Also it comes with heating system. The landlord is very nice to communicate, which of course will makes following lease easier.
